Villas Magnolias - Cholula

This hotel was a great choice for my city break. the suites were spotless and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. the complementary breakfast was a delightful touch, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a major plus for us. the easy parking and security gate also made us feel comfortable with our car.

That the bedroom was a bit chilly at night, which affected my partner's sleep. It would have been great if there was a space heater available in the room to mitigate this issue.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, proximity to university, 24-hour security, basic but sufficient facilities, spacious units.

Nothing, everything was great.

We enjoyed a spacious, clean suite with friendly staff. the complimentary breakfast and 24-hour security gate were great features. the lack of nearby grocery stores and basic kitchen supplies made it difficult to utilize the kitchen. Despite this, the units were designed for long-term stays with plenty of storage space and good internet.

The unheated rooms were a downside.

I found the hotel facilities to be great and the staff friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, a great way to start the day.

Everything was fantastic.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the university and with easy access to public transportation. The apartment was also well-equipped with a kitchen and other amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in.

Our experience during Christmas was not pleasant. The apartment was very cold and there wasn't enough heat to keep us warm.
